The SLED by Slant Board™ is perfect to bulletproof your lower body anywhere, anytime. The underside of the sled features two nylon runners for ease of use on any surface, simply load weighs onto the centre weight pole to adjust the difficulty. Featuring two upright poles, as well as a T-bar, the SLED can be used for a whole host of push and pull exercises. The poles are universally sized and can be interchanged with one another at either end of the SLED, they lock into place with safety pins for added security.
SLED workouts are amazing for warm-ups, leg rehabilitation and developing explosive power. This sled has multiple locations to attach a harness and pull the sled backwards, an effective workout for reducing knee pain and building leg muscle.
