SHIPPING

Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom)
Within the United Kingdom we use both Royal Mail and DHL Parcel UK to deliver our items. Royal Mail deliver small, light, low value items for us via their Royal Mail 48 service. This service is not tracked and has a delivery aim of 3 to 5 working days. 

DHL Parcel offer a next working day delivery aim on all services to the majority of UK addresses, with a 48 hour service for more remote areas, including the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, The Isle of Man, The Isle of Wight and The Channel Islands. Whilst this service is advertised as next working day, occasionally matters outside of bot our own and DHL's control can affect deliveries and, under such circumstances, neither ourselves nor DHL can be held responsible for any delays. 


Europe by Road (DPD)
Our Economy European Delivery service is provided by DPD. This service is available for customers with delivery addresses in the Republic of Ireland, France, Spain, Germany, Italy, Austria and The Netherlands. The service takes between 3 and 5 days from the date of dispatch for goods to be delivered. 

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES - All goods are shipped under a DAP (Delivered at Place) Customs Term. This means that the customer is required to cover any import duties and taxes levied by the border authorities in their country of delivery. Duties and Taxes are calculated based on the value of the goods, which we must declare accurately at the time of shipment. Regretfully, have no control over these charges, which must be paid to our couriers prior to delivery taking place. As part of the customs clearance process, our couriers may also charge a fee for undertaking these works, which also falls under the charges payable by the customer upon import.

Customers who decline to pay these fees will not receive their goods, which will instead be returned to us. Under such circumstances, any refund issues will be reduced by both the outbound and return shipping cost to ourselves, along with any additional fees or penalties incurred.

International Express (DHL)
Our International Express service is provided by DHL. This service is available for customers worldwide and deliveries take place on a next day basis for customers in Western Europe and the East Coast of America, with Eastern Europe and America's West Coast taking 48 hours and anywhere further afield taking 72 hours from the time of dispatch.

RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@slantboard.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We do not offer pre-paid returns labels. All return postage costs are assumed by the customer and are non-refundable.
