Suitable for everyone, from grandparents to world class athletes, this course will help you to recover from an injury, eliminate pain and will take you to the next level of athleticism. 

Written and instructed by George Birch, an accredited ATG coach and gym owner, who specialises in rehabilitation and performance, you will be guided through a selection of carefully selected exercises focusing on muscle groups in the feet, ankles, knees, hips and lower back, all areas which have unfortunately been neglected in many modern-day training programmes. 

Each exercise has 3 levels from beginner to advanced. Reaching level 3 will see you performing at a level you never thoughtyou were capable of. You can expect to gain advanced levels of strength and flexibility and build a body that is harder to breakand can work stronger, for longer.

Any orders placed before 13:00 will be dispatched on the same working day.

If next working day shipping is selected at checkout then the order will be delivered on the following working day after dispatch.

If either Royal Mail or International shipping is selected, then delivery will take place in line with the timescales detailed at checkout.

If you have selected either DHL Parcel UK, DPD or DHL Express shipment, you will be contacted in advance of delivery via SMS/Email. These will contain links to arrange for delivery to a neighbour, safe place, or local collection shop in the event that you are out when the courier calls. Royal Mail parcels will be taken to a local depot to collect.

Due to the popularity of our products, they can occasionally sell out. Under such circumstances, the item will remain available for sale on our website, but on a pre-order basis.

When a pre-order is placed, it is held on our systems and then automatically dispatched as soon as our next delivery arrives. Indicative shipment dates are advertised on the product page for customer reference.
